This is a unique non-teaching program where we partner with the child in their journey towards IIT-JEE preparation for continuous monitoring, guidance, support and motivation.

All the Institutes are too busy covering the syllabus and No one talks about the Mental Health of the child. It is our mission to be partner with every child in KERALA in their journey for preparing for competitive exams.

We suggest this program to those parents who understand the importance of having an expertise on board while undertaking such a marathon journey. Just imagine the WOW feeling of having a doctor/lawyer/CA at home in critical situations. In this program we shall  

How Mentorship Works?

  • 1 Continuous moral support and motivation will be provided so that the student is always in the high spirits.
  • 2 Review the student progress periodically and continuously to assess the syllabus covered and progress made. We shall communicate the progress to the parent every month. However, parents can communicate whenever they want.
  • 3 Motivate the student to utilize his time efficiently and puts in the maximum possible efforts. Sometimes, people have a tendency to want to relax more than they need to. This is even more likely to happen when you are young and feel like you have a lot of time ahead of you. However, we appreciate how precious time is. We can help find opportunities for them and encourage them to pursue them with diligence. When times are difficult, we can also provide you with the energy and strength to persist.
  • 4 Motivate the student to compulsorily do all test analysis on time and submits them.
  • 5 Motivate the student to appear in a re-test (we shall provide the question paper) if the exam performance in the original paper is not satisfactory.
  • 6 Shall do a thorough concept wise tracking of the students from beginning till the end. We shall help the student in planning the work load. This will help them to prepare systematically
  • 7 *Connect the student with our Alumni network to understand from their point of view. There is a reason that people say that success is often more about who you know than what you know. The contacts that we can provide you with, may make a bigger difference in your career success than almost anything else.(*, if the need be)
  • 8 Provide confidence to the child so that he/she is able to interact freely with us and shares his problems so that they can be addressed well in time. This is especially useful if the students are introverted.
  • 9 Remind the students of the right study techniques, practice techniques periodically.
  • 10 Motivate the child to follow a proper routine with proper sleep cycle.
  • 11 Help and motivate the child to maintain a decent consistent rank in the class.
  • 12 Motivate the child to maintain a balance between all the subjects. 8 out of 10 people find it difficult to balance all the 3 subjects.
  • 13 Help the student in setting genuine realistic yet ambitious goals and we shall keep upgrading the same periodically.
  • 14 Judge the potential of the child and provide him/her with the honest feedback so that he/she is consistently striving to achieve it.
  • 15 Help the child in emotional and stress management. We shall give them the right perspective and clarity about their situation. Many people make big mistakes because they are not accounting for an important part of the big picture. We can help you keep track of the big picture and devote yourself to your greatest success in the long run.
  • 16 Help you prepare a main plan as well as backup plans.
  • 17 Help the child to plan for all the exams including NCERT so that they are always balanced in their studies. However, the focus shall always be on JEE preparation.
  • 18 Shall try to take care of any student-specific issue, if brought into our notice on time.
  • 19 In any institute, Teachers are always overloaded with work other than Lectures. Management tries to extract most of their time for useless activities. For them, it is a business and all students are not taken care. Usually the top few are taken care and rest are totally on their own. Moreover all teachers may not be equally good mentors. In this marathon of JEE preparation, we shall prove ourselves to be strong Pillar of support and strength for your child, something you can always BANK UPON!!!!!

Although the advantages of this program are endless, we don’t suggest this course for non serious aspirants. This course is expected to benefit only if following points are taken care of: 

  1. Student must listen to the instructions and follow exactly as instructed.
  2. Student must submit weekly/monthly/annual exam calendar
  3. Student should be motivated to prepare for the competitive exam.
  4. Student must realise that Transformation is a slow process and therefore must be patient during the preparation
  5. Student must update the marks in the format provided consistently without fail.
  6. Parents must submit the Problem statement before joining the program
  7. We shall not provide any teaching support in this program. However, on the request of the parents, we shall try to arrange best experienced teachers in the industry, working/worked in the various national institutes for their help in online/offline mode (only as per the possibility).
  8. Students must provide login details of the exam portal for analyzing the results properly
  9. We request the parents to provide an official consent to us to serve as guardian to the child so that we can communicate with the batch faculties.
